Morning All, thanks for all your replies to my numerous questions. Feeling much better today, legs still feel like jelly and a bit sicky. Am going to take dogs out for a little walk later on. I know that the aftermath is normal but why do we lose our confidence a bit? Hope everyone has a near to normal day.xxxx

Good to hear you are back in normal sinus rhythm and hope you can enjoy your walk. Well it's little wonder our confidence is hit when we have had a nasty episode of af. The anxiety which comes with it is awful and throws out our system as well as feeling rough with the af. It takes a while to feel normal again. Take care X

Hi Gilly, it's like when we have a big spider indoors. I'm jumpy dreading that there may be another one.

Jean

I agree with others. The longer between episodes, the stronger our confidence grows.

Missed your post the other day as I have a lot going on right now.

I am really glad you are now feeling a lot better.

I know exactly how you must feel losing your confidence after having had an episode of AF it has happened to me every time.

As you know time heals and slowly other important day to day things will fill your mind.

Keep the walks with the dog up it is a good way of improving your state of mind.

Pete

Morning, yes I took them out in twos, had a cuppa and a sit down in between. We have some council gardens here and I just walked them around them. Managed to do a bit of gardening as well. Only a bit. Weather not so good today but always jobs to do. You have a good day. X
