My copy of “The Stress Solution” arrived in the mail last week so I’m looking forward to reading it. I love Dr Chatterjee’s podcast and I’ve caught a few episodes of “Doctor in the House” on YouTube. I love seeing GPs and medical specialists who take a holistic approach and understand the importance of lifestyle. They treat the person, not the illness.
