CBD and sleep?

Thanks to all who responded to my question about CBD...it seems it will work for some and not for others, and apparently so side effects that trigger AFib or increase in HR. I am going to try it as I think some of my anxiety has to do with pain from arthritis in my hip and back...also have painful neuroma on both feet. I walk almost daily and it has helped my heart rate...it used to go very high quickly (150 and up) when I started my regimen, now it holds to around the 90s...and I walk a bit faster now. I want to be healthy so I can keep walking and stay active during day, but need a good night's rest to do so. My husband goes to bed, says goodnight, and can sleep 8 hrs! I envy him.
