Feeling odd

Just congratulating myself as 8 days nsr and then feeling odd again. Happened several times lately, heart feels as if it is beating strongly in my throat and my ears feel fit to burst.

Sorry what does that mean? Should have EP tomorrow so hopefully get sorted. 13/2 appointment!
