Would this device be of use/be available to AF patients to reduce risk of a clot?

Would reduce stroke risk from a paradoxical embolus from a DVT via a patent foramen ovale or ventricular septal defect.

I wonder if this would help prevent a clot before a stroke for someone who is sedentary with AF...and cannot take blood thinners?
