3 1/2 weeks post ablation....

.... and I feel great! We had a lovely Easter weekend with family (including George our grand puppy). I enjoyed plenty of walks and I even jumped in the kayak for a short paddle late this afternoon.

I feel better than I have in a very long time. I’m looking forward to getting back to work in a few weeks after what has been an incredibly challenging year health wise. I met with my boss last week and we agreed to that I’d return 2 days per week initially and build it up to a 4 day week with one day each week working from home.

Never take for granted how good normal sinus rhythm feels ❤️❤️

I have been putting off having a second one Kaz as my first EP was dreadful, ended up worse off, with an uncaring EP that said to me "perhaps your imaging it...grrrr

Have seen Doctor Liu recently, such a lovely man, and was really considering whether to use him as had such terrible experiences with the other EP.

Thankyou so much for that info...

I'm so pleased to hear that you're feeling well Kaz, especially after all you've been through lately. Sinus rhythm - who ever thought those two words would ever sound so wonderful!

It's been perfect weather here too for Kayaking and I said to my daughter last Saturday that we should have planned to do that.

Wishing you an AF free life.

Thank you so much for this very positive message. I am booked for ablation on 9th May and seem to have been ill since December, constant chest infections. Looking forward to the procedure working and feeling normal again.

Wow Karen!

You’re going up again, nice to hear that you’re improving so well.

Also glad to hear that your conversation with your boss turned out well, gives you peace of mind I guess.

You were lucky to recover so well. I’ve had 4 ablations and this time has been by far the best recovery.
