Two weeks pre op sun
I don't blame you.
My budget only ran to a few day's in Norfolk before mine, but it was great to spend time with my family before the big day
Just needed a switch off Mikee, and like you say bit quality time with family 👌
Looks lovely! Good idea..enjoy xx
Which Travel Insurers did you use? Looks lovely, I am so envious.
I've got insurance with my bank account but decided to make sure all conditions were covered and declared, after they squirmed on the phone as they covered a full holiday I cancelled last April when a bug made me ill and I had worst afib ever ending up in hospital two days , I just thought I'd sort it myself , so I used a company called "All clear", they offer various policy's with them and other Insurers, and after I declared all medical facts,it cost me £69.00 for their platinum plan with low excess , well worth it to give peace of mind I thought, and made sure afib etc was covered.
My sister used All Clear when she went to Jordan a few weeks ago, other companies wanted to charge her £800 as she had a lung cancer removed three years ago. All Clear quoted her the same as they have you and at first she was afraid to say yes in case she wasn't covered properly. On checking with them, all was well though.
Enjoy your holiday - and don't go thinking I'm envious, cough, cough!!!

Thanks Ian, I am on the list for an Ablation and insurers not too keen to cover me, I will try All Clear.
Good luck with ablation and I am sure you won't know yourself afterwards - I am back for a check up May 14 Freeman I am doing very well since procedure what a difference it has made to me .
Ooh that looks lovely .Not jealous at all 😂😂 enjoy .
How uncanny!!!
My Father just came back from there and I'm trying to get my 2nd AF Node ablation but as always it needs to be recorded again before they'll proceed even though they only managed to do a partial ablation.
Have a great time and hopefully when your procedure has been done and you're all rested up,Fingers crossed you'll lead a decent life without this debilitating illness.
Best regards and Hope's for you
My dear lamp66 I live in the algarve, we have a holiday home here , very lucky indeed , fab weather all year round , but rainy today , at last , desperately needed ! Going back to uk next week to see EP to discuss ablation re svt , this thing that is spoiling the quality of my life in the sunshine ! Retirement and a high heart rate are not compatible! Good luck with yours and enjoy the rest of your time here ,
Thank you, yes a little cloudy today looking like rain, but hopefully it clears as quick as it came. I have same with svt, or did, the 2.5 bisoprolol keeps it unnoticeable, but only been on that a year so rather have the ablation and a proper chance to back it off as long as possible. Long walk today I think anyway as doing doing 2 mile a day walks by the coast at home is the norm, and this sunbathing and being spoilt isn't good, well! that's a lie, it is good, very good, just not for my fitness Hah.
I did the same took my grandkids and family all to the Pine Cliffs in Albufeira for 4 days before my ablation, then on the way home I picked up bronchitis and had to put my op back a month but had it done now will soon start to come of my meds to see if the procedure has worked . Good luck
I am so jealous!,,,,,
