HELP !! I guess I'm stupid as well as sick with IBS -- NOT AF --

When I started this I didn't know what I was doing ?? and I started with A F and didn't know ? I finally figured out I want to be on IBS ? HOW do I get off the AF site ? So I don't have to clog up and I don't need AF help ? , and I'm sorry I didn't know at the time when I first started that I was starting with AF ? Just want to know how to delete or get out of the AF site so I'm not so confused when I check the site for IBS ?

If you join the IBS site it will be added to your communities and when you click on communities you’ll be able to choose AF or ibs. I am on the macular and p a sites and it’s easy to choose

At the top right of this page where you've written your post just hover over the Following box it will change to Unfollow and just click on it. Easy peasy.

Let me know if you are still unsure.
