Two days after doing this I found that I had some Dizziness each morning after. I suspect that my system may not be processing the Rivaroxaban the same during my sleeping time. Also of course I'm not drinking the volume of water I would have during the day.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience.

I changed from breakfast to evening meal with no problem on the day of an ablation. Took it with breakfast the day before and the next one was 36 hours later. I didn't notice anything odd.
I’ve been on rivaroxaban about four years now and was specifically told to take it every evening following my main meal. The reason for this is to absorb the full dose. The less food in your stomach the less of the drug you absorb and the less protection you get. By taking it at night you also get far less side effects. By morning it’s well absorbed into the system so the worst is over! Doses under 15mg are ok to take without food because they usually only treat peripheral potential clots, whereas the higher doses are aimed to prevent clots in the heart.
You don’t actually say why you are taking it, have you had a pacemaker, or is it for DVT/PE?
