So had a break from internet for while due to my anxiety, feeling better, had my yearly appt with Dr Ernst at Brompton last week where she said all is fine, been great since then tonight out of blue in work felt little flutter in chest, thought nothing of it, but then felt little strange so felt pulse and there it was...AF, my first since my ablation some 2 and half years ago, upon feeling it I coughed three times but it still carried on so I then held nose and tried to blow for around 5 secs and it went back to normal, I'd say whole episode lasted around 30 seconds.......feel a little disappointed now, I'll mail the Brompton tomorrow to see what they say

I can't remember which leading EP told me that if it doesn't last more than 30 seconds it doesn't need a name,. Most likely your own sensitivity which made you notice something non AFers would not have. That is our problem isn't it?
I recognize that sinking feeling, try not to worry too much though I know that is hard.
Hello Juggsy! I can't believe it's two and a half years since you had your GP ablation with Dr Ernst. Let's hope your very short episode of AF was just a blip. I don't count episodes lasting just a couple of minutes but I understand your anxiety.
