Thank you JeanJeannie50...I see this company is not in the U.K. do you know if it's only available in the United States?. Thanks for responding so quickly to me request...much appreciated. :-) Poppy

I think (and I may be wrong) that you can only get it from this company. I've read on their site that they will ship to the UK, but it's quite expensive.

Also the dose of Co enzyme Q 10 is quite small , much smaller than what is usually recommended - it would probably be better value to buy the ingredients separately though that would mean taking more pills.

This information is from Nella's post a few days ago. I've never used it, but it looks good. The capsule was created by someone who had AF himself and is working well for Nella.

in reply tojeanjeannie50

Yep, working well.

The difference is night and day. And I don't own stock in the company! 😂

Astonishing. Extraordinary. Dare I say life-saving? Feels that way to me, in that I can function as a normal human being again. I've shed a lot of anxiety and worry as a result, much of that physiological, I'm certain.

After taking it for 3 weeks, for the first time in 2 years, I was able to get a good night's sleep before getting up to drive 40 minutes in traffic to my college class, teach my class of 30, have the energy to teach and remember why I enjoy it so much, take care of administrative tasks, drive the 40 minutes home and not spend the rest of the weekend in recovery mode, but out doing things and having fun.

That has felt like a miracle. May sound silly to others, but after the past 2 years, it is astonishing to experience.

Prior to taking Heart Calm, it was common that I'd have insomnia the night before teaching, partly from anxiety about the teaching being too much, about something triggering an episode. Fairly often, I'd have an episode that would keep me up, so I'd have to teach on no sleep and feel the stress of trying to be pleasant while teaching, when I'd be worried that something else would trigger another episode...we're probably all familiar with some version of that story.

I'd make it through the class, but the rest of the day would be spent resting to recover.

It felt as if I was driving on an almost empty tank, going 30 mph with the brakes on.

It's clear that the cells getting what they need from these micronutrients provides energy in general, not just to the heart.

That's amazing Nella.

My sister is coming over here to the UK, from the States in June, I'm thinking of asking her to bring me some. We can get it shipped to the UK, but I think the postage alone was over $10.

I really hope this is a miracle cure for you, it certainly sounds like it.

in reply tojeanjeannie50

It's a flat rate charge of $10.95, no matter how many products you buy. That's actually a really good price, basically the same as what shipping can cost in the US. So you can stock up.

I have no idea what the customs aspect of a shipment might be; check the site for details.

Or you could buy a bunch and start a Heart Calm distribution/resale center for UK forum members! 😂

I just remembered after posting my other comments...

It's worth having a look at the resources on the afibbers.org resource page if you want to dig into buying the ingredients separately.

afibbers.org/resources/inde...

There's a lot that's maybe too technical, but if I'm remembering correctly, they do mention good quality sources for the various supplements.

Why not just by the coq10, magnesium and TAURINE SEPARATELY WHICH MUST BE AVAILABLE IN UK? See pix of label on back.

Great Idea...:-)...thank you...Poppy

I encourage you to carefully check the quality of the company making the Taurine, as all are not equal in quality.

There are sites on the internet that share data on the supplement producers that have the best quality. Didn't save any links, but saw a few in my research. I'm lucky in that I live across the street from an integrative pharmacy which sells these kinds of supplements and they know a lot about the companies, fillers, quality of products, etc.

Hello, sorry, I thought I'd replied to your question on the other post. Guess I didn't get to it!

They do ship internationally for a flat-rate fee of $10.95, no matter how many products you buy.

Here's more shipping info:

About the other comments on just buying all the ingredients separately...

The blend has been formulated for maximum absorption and quality of the ingredients. From my research, that's very important, especially with magnesium.

The quality of the supplements can vary greatly among the companies who make them, with many including fillers.

I encourage anyone with questions to reach out by email to Customer Support:

vitalbiologics.com/pages/co...

As I mentioned in my other post, the founder of the company responds directly. It's not just a person who ships out orders, but someone with much knowledge of the product, the dosage, blend, etc.

By the way, still feeling very good from taking Heart Calm. My challenge now is not overdoing it because I feel so much better and am able to do more. Still settling on dosage.

Even if I get a blip of AF from overdoing it or not taking my next dose soon enough, it's mild and converts itself back pretty quickly. Still amazed by that.
