Does anyone else get a increase in blood pressure and palpitations when it's time to take there beta blockers? Happens to me occasionally but when it does it makes me nervous. Usually stops after I take it.

Do you take beta blockers twice a day? Might be last dose effects are wearing off by time next dose is due

No I take one 100mg tablet a day. It's not a consistent thing. Something that just happens once every blue Moon.
Do you also get the white coat affect when a Dr takes your blood pressure ?
Sounds as if your subconscious is very wary when you dont even know your thinking about it.
