Take it easy and read our fact sheet on recovery. It can take three to six months for full recovery and the harder you push yourself in the early days the less satisfactory is that recovery. Accept your limitations and listen to your body.
It took me 6-8 months to feel like I could even do more than a simple chore ago I d the house. Please give it time. You did just have heart surgery.
