So some of you may have read two weeks ago I had a bit of an episode where I had flutter in chest and felt slightly light headed, Dr Ernst has organised a 7 day monitor to see whats going on (hopefully nothing🤞).

Now last time I wore a monitor it was wired, sticky pads and a box attached to waistband, but the lady at the Brompton said Dr Ernst likes using these, I have to say, much more paitent friendly, can even bath and shower with it on, once complete stick it inthe envelope they provided and send it back👍👍👍

That looks a lot more wearable than the 7 day monitor I had too!

Oh, that's neat juggsy - much easier to cope with. I hope you can get some positive information from it.

Modern technology at its best! Everything seems to be instantaneous these days.

I have a pacemaker which "speaks" to a machine in my bedroom and sends messages to the Pacemaker team so that they can pick up any problems.

Amazing.

What an improvement Juggsy, it looks very neat and easy on the wearer, also no long journey to the hospital to return it very early in the morning. Hope you have a good outcome from the readings. Dee

Dr Sanjay Gupta uses these, I saw it on one of his videos yesterday. Brilliant!

I’m due to have a 7 day monitor at some point. Wonder if these are in use yet on the wild South East coast?!

I wore something similar to that for 3 days, called a Zio patch. Much more comfortable to wear than having wires and electrodes all over.
