This is one of the rare occasions when I can access this site. For years I had no problems, then about a month ago I was repeatedly asked to sign in, and now I’m often told that my password or email address are incorrect, even though they are stored.

Anyone else have this? (No guarantee that I’ll see the replies though.) 😀

Greetings near neighbour. It sounds obvious, but have you tried clearing cookies etc? Sometimes I cannot see new posts or get signed out.

Hope you are well and see this post.

Have a word with afa they might be able to assist you from admin dept. Good luck.

Are you using the app or the website? I have found the app buggy in the past.

Did you respond to the Data Protection permissions email? I think the new rules have been causing problems. My husband has been locked out of the prescription ordering service he was using and we have given up trying to sort it out, had to change to another one.

Thanks everyone. I’ve tried most of the suggestions and it’s still quite hit and miss, but hopefully it’ll settle down. I can sometimes get in through notifications in emails which I’ve done this time by using Finvola’s reply.
