I've been on warfarin for 15 years with zero problems so why would I change?

hello Toffeebar and welcome to the forum. We do not get many folk on the forum complaining about side effects from either Warfarin or Apixaban. I'm on Apixaban now, and took Warfarin previously and neither were a problem for me. Are you on any other medication as there are some AF medications which do have a reputation for causing side effects? The other thing to consider is that AF can have symptoms not unlike the ones you mention so it might not be anything to do with your medication.

We are not medically trained Toffeebar, but as I’m sure you are only too aware, Meniere's causes dizziness. Can I suggest you discuss your medication with your pharmacist. They can be more knowledgeable about interactions between medication than GP’s so maybe worth trying.....let us know how you get on.....

I was on Warfarin for almost 20 years but due to TIA's last year was switched on to Pradaxa for apparently better protection than Warfarin and so far all is well. I never had any problems whilst taking Warfarin just self testing every couple of weeks.
