Afib hit yesterday

Hi

As usual I was doing some business outside and a bit there was some excitement and before I know it, a fib hit

Went back home and slept for a while and it improved a bit till afternoon where I slept for 2 hours and it improved a lot, almost gone after evening shower as this helps a lot

Just wanted to share yesterday episode and am on .25 concor

These episode seems to happens to straight things back again

last episode was 1 and half month ago so this brought things back

I think I had undergone a fib for around 10 years but it progresses to full-blown last 2 due to being a chain smoker now quit already but what's done is done so only look forward to being healthy as possible
