Problem solved ?????? !!!

I receive regular emails from Dr John Day who is a highly rated American Cardiologist.

Today he states that he has almost completed his latest book which is entitled " THE ATRIAL FIBRILLATION CURE."

I can't wait to read it !

IF ONLY. WE LIVE IN HOPE 💓

I'll believe it when I see it, so many things have been championed as the great solution only to not meet expectations!

The cynical me is saying that it will say eat like a rabbit, exercise 17 hours a day, don't get stressed , don't drink, sleep for 11 hours a day and don't be overweight

It's like when someone tells you they have a foolproof hangover cure and then hilariously says "don't drink in the first place".

That is too funny and I am sure what you are saying will be close to what he puts in his book.

I won't be buying the book , I am am afraid I don't rate Dr John Day, I find either Dr John Mandrola in the USA or Dr Sanjay Gupta in the UK have the most knowledge to impart on the subject of AF and give the best advice.

Is Dr Sanjay Gupta the man on YouTube?

In addition to his videos on YouTube Dr Gupta has a fairly new website which is a quick and easy way into much of his advice and information online.

See here:

The section on Atrial Fibrillation under the 'Conditions' tab at the top and what is included in the 'Blog' are very helpful.

NB There is also an American cardiologist of the same name, I think. Not to be confused! You want the one in York, UK.

Thank you Carole. I had noticed an American cardiologist had come up.

So true. The doctor by that name here in the US pretends to be an expert on everything.

When I was first diagnosed I found Dr John Day very helpful. He was the first one to highlight the importance of a whole range of life-style factors, and so point me away from the dreaded drugs.

I saw this yesterday as I also subscribe I just hope the cure does not mean prevention in the first place.I would do almost anything to make this go away.I have just started on a whole foods diet so will hope it helps

Keep us posted. Although l think that l have found a cure (for me). I have been in Europe for one month ... nothing! I feel perfectly normal as before. I was diagnosed two years ago ..

Had two episodes in two years in the very beginning ... none since ... but my protocol is pretty intensive.

Keep us posted as to when his book is published!

Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up Jenny. I read his last book the Longevity Plan, which was good.

Hey, I just read that there is a direct connection to low iron and Afib. It can actually cause heart failure. It makes the tired heart work even harder.
