Good morning Vonnie

I think a bit of 'naughty' is a good thing sometimes! We got home last night from a busy few days in London where the heat was stifling - makes me realise how lucky we are to live in North Yorkshire! We've eaten far too much yummy food over the last couple of weeks thanks to two beautiful weddings and now I need to start eating sensibly again.

Having a relaxing day so we're going to have a late breakfast of omelette with one piece of toast, then combine lunch and dinner at about 4pm. I'm going to make gazpacho which is refreshing, gorgeous and healthy too, and follow it up with salmon and black rice with a few vegetables thrown in. Then I might have a couple of scoops of low calorie ice cream made with stevia which is a natural sweetener.

Did your heart behave after your lovely food yesterday? It seems that a lot of us on here, me included, are finding it's more about how much and when we eat than what we eat. I'm finding it hard to find my triggers - as soon as I think I've found one its proved to be a false alarm, so I've sort of given up trying lol.

Oh, mustn't forget to mention that I discovered cucumber water while we were away - delicious and very refreshing!

Have a lovely day whatever you eat x

Vonnie if you join the Healthy Eating forum you will find loads of ideas.

I do t think we’ve eaten anything more than light salads & ice cream for weeks.

Vonnie, right at the top of the page next to the little house is a dotted square. Press on that and you'll see it.
