As a neutral (Scot) I a cannot get swept away on this tide of hope. I don't think they have played that well so far against very moderate opposition.

Not a great lover of football more of a rugby union girl but I must admit when England play the first round, and stay in, I have to watch scream and shout. This is a young team who actually play as a team, not all relying on just one name (they have all gone I see) but teamwork! Go England and do your best.

I must admit the heart rate does go up quite a bit when watching England but not afib levels!

I watched it, I told myself don't get excited. I cheered at the stunning header. I felt HR go up.... so I just clapped the 2nd goal politely.
