Good news for most... but reports like this are Bad News for me, as I’m one of those people with anaphylaxis to nuts - even indirect contact or airborne particles from people around me. So the prospect of more people eating nuts just means more hazard for me! 😖
(Now why can’t anyone prove that a daily handful of chocolate buttons is the answer to improving our health?!)
One of our local intragrative medicine docs here advises us to eat a "handfull of nuts and berrys daily". Even better if it stomps out a fib💜
As someone who is addicted to almonds and eats 750g a week all this talk of nuts being beneficial to Afibbers is music to my ears
