Something to help you sleep or relax

I thought I would mention something I tried yesterday that worked well for me. I have had trouble sleeping so I found an app on the Google play store called 'Deep sleep with Andrew Johnson' Its basically a Scottish guy with a really soothing voice talking you into a deep relaxation/sleep. There are quite a few different options on the app so you can tailor it to suit your needs and time you have available.

You need a smart phone with Android software but the app is probably on Apples store too, it cost me £1.89. Well worth a go if you have anxiety or sleep deprivation.

Hi Jean, me and my other half had one ear piece each last night of the headphones, I put the relaxation app on and in 20 mins we were both flat out lol... To be fair I think this UK heatwave has an impact causing fatigue but the sleep was nice. Hope you have a good day. Dave.

At least you have a new plan which is great. I hope that works better for you 👍

There’s a series of free YouTubes (for listening to) by Mindfulpeace which I find useful. A very soothing voice, and a great range of topics, including sleep.
