Quote from the article.....

''This is where lifestyle optimization becomes so important. Fortunately, most of these conditions can all be reversed by eating real food, keeping your body mass index below 25, exercising daily, and optimizing your sleep and stress levels.''

....I am trying hard to do just that :-)

Nothing to really disagree with here. I have been doing all those things for the best part of my life too. Only finding things difficult with the AF .

A good article but I find it worrying as there is no way I can live a healthy lifestyle as I'm intolerant to most healthy food particularly on the vegetable side. I have of necessity a very poor diet and can only do the best I can.

Me too, it is a slow process for me but I am determined to drop the weight and be more active. Even if the a fib doesnt improve, weight loss and becoming more fit will help overall.

Thanks for posting this. I found the comments regarding warfarin brain bleed risks compared to NOACs very informative. It is very good to have access to evidence based information to back up other information and It gives me an incentive to follow a healthy lifestyle.
