I would ask your doc. When I wasnt tolerating sotalol, they weaned me off over 4 days and I was on a small dose to begin with
Assume you are stopping with the knowledge and agreement of your doctor in which case he/she are best placed to advise you.....
When I stopped taking it the Cardiologist said just stop . I was on 80mg /day and had
