Hi guys 😊 I am back and sorry about the bum view lol 😂 but I did it I traveled all the way to Mexico 🇲🇽 and am home again 🙏🏼 had a little raised heart rate out there but my husbands heart was in the 90s and told me the heat is to blame so to calm my little 🍅 tomato face down and chill lol . I took my bloods every day and stayed in range and yes I did drink alcohol. I kept it on the gin and soda water 💦 how beautiful was this ocean 🌊 and how calming it was . I didn’t walk any places or go off the hotel complex to do anything like swim with the dolphins 🐬 but just seeing this view every morning was amazing 😉 also had a bit of ankle swelling after the flights that freaked me out a bit but went down in a couple of days . Hope everyone is ok 💙 and I just wanted to let you all no I DID IT !! ( IN MY ROCKY VOICE 😂) 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Fanbloomintastic Sam.....so pleased it all worked out so well for you and good encouragement for others considering a long haul trip as we move into summer. As for the butt.....what can one say that is deemed politically correct......probably nuffin!!!

Aww it was that good we are booked to go to Spain to take are son now football season has finished 👍🏼 the main thing was my husband enjoyed it as he has put up with me for years of this horrible condition. I am trying to just take every day as a blessing and pray it is a long time before it comes back 🙏🏼

Sounds great. Well done to you for getting there. OH and I get puffy ankles when on hols. Heat and the amount of salt in restaurant food play a part I think. So pleased you had a good holiday🛩🌞🙄⛱⛱🛫
