Shaking feeling in chest

Hi everyone maagaa here stopped amiodarone 5 days ago and feel a little heavy ness in my chest. Anyone with similar feeling. Not getting a new med until June

It takes some time for Amiodarone to leave the body so not a good idea to start other drugs immediately. You are probably experiencing the withdrawal of the control from Amiodarone.

Thanks Bob I don't want to call my EP everytime I feel an ache or pain he said I should stay in SR until I see him on June 11th. Any ideas on the new drug he might put me on? He had mentioned a med that I would have to be hospitalized for a number of days but because of so many visits to the hospital hes trying to give me a break. Any advice sure would be welcomed.

That sounds like FLECAINIDE. One needs to be sure that the cardiac arteries are in good condition and be monitored for a day or two in case it introduces other arrhythmias. This was the old protocol but I do see people just starting it these days which would not be my way of doing things.
