I am in my 4th week taking Dronederone 499mg b.d, I tolerated it well for the first week or so, but increasingly I feel as if Im walking through mud, and breathless just walking from room to room, totally sapped of any spark, furthermore I am now in constant Afib at a manageable rate of 86bpm thanks to Bisoprol. Has anyone had similar experiences on this medication?

Not with Dronederone but with Flecainide. Cardiologist told me Dronederone is a similar drug to Flecainide.
