Had vacation last week.....heart is fine but I am awake most of the night with VERY shortness of breath....during the day shortness of breath is still there but rather less to difficulty breathing is this normal and how long will it last?

Hi, without knowing why you are short of breath I couldn't say, and not being medically trained I still couldn't, but what I do know is that shortness of breath is an important symptom so if you are not already being treated for it by a doctor you should see one soon. If you can't get an urgent appointment sleeping propped up at night should help in the meantime but if getting worse go to A&E.
