Chest Tightness / Ache

Anyone else experience this? I’ve had it for 4 months. All test came back negative. Doctor says my heart looks good aside from the Afib. I don’t feel it in the morning, but it gradually starts creeping in late morning and lasts all day.

Personally no but I do hear of others who experience chest pain with AF so it is not unknown.

Do you only get it when you're having AF?

I used to get angina when in AF, but since stopping beta blockers and losing weight, I only get an achey feeling, like a tired muscle sensation. When I'm not in AF I'm fine.

Maybe you're experiencing the effects of tensed muscles, if it comes on during the day? If you're concerned, best to seek professional medical advice :o) such as your GP, specialist - or if they everything is fine - alternative approaches such as chiropodist for posture and alignment?
