Just about to share - I know this has been asked a few times on the forum but very interested to see response on FB.

I may not try Acupuncture as a result of this video, but I gained a lot of insight into how to think about AF. I love his incisive descriptions of the available treatments, and what they are for.

I'm convinced that his view of the "balance of the autonomic nervous system" is correct, at least in my case, and that regaining this balance is key to keeping AF at bay. I find long social occasions very stressful, I'm not a 'people person' and I perform better online than I do in person. I'll try to find a quiet corner to go and relax during these longer social events in future, maybe that will help. Good hydration and nutrition are also part of the balance required as well, hence the 'vagal' connection.

I was under the impression that if you were on an anti coagulant then you couldn't have acupuncture or even massages. Is this not the case?

I've been having acupuncture for 10 + years. Still hypertensive. Diagnosed with AF in 2017. I'm just not sure.
