I have been taking mag07 for cleansing. I also had aortic valve replaced 7 years ago. I have been having palpitations for a few weeks and I think it may be the magnesium. I stopped it yesterday but was wondering how long it takes to get out of your system? I’m freakin out but will see cardiologist Monday
