Just a brief note to thank you all for your comments, and the 2 PM's as well. I have returned to NSR, ate small, using pillows I didn't sleep on my left side, have to regard it as one off. The fact is I am working tomorrow but I think your replies are so varied and interesting I'll reply to each. My chest now feels so light and easy.
