Low heart rate but not NSR

Hi everyone had a month of NSR after cardioversion now back into higher heart rates and feeling very weak and tired. Dr. tried additional Cardiozem however it dropped my B/P and it put me into a 'shock type state'

I wonder- if it is all that great if you have a lower heart rate but you are not in NSR?
