The problem with changing the amount of alcohol just for the hols is that your warfarin would need to be adjusted too. It's best to have the same amount each day but of course alcohol isn't too good for AF either....

O I took it down because I got the feedback I needed and it might have got a bit heated as the thing with alcohol and AF we are all different with triggers. But yes I understand exactly what your saying . About warfarin and alcohol 👍🏼😊thank you x
