Blood thinners and travel sickness tablets

Hi, I’m on Pradaxa, statins and B blockers. Is it safe to take travel pills ? Thankyou

As Bob says do check with your pharmacist as there are several different types and they can recommend. I take them when I go on the high seas before I get my sea legs.
