I have been on 40mg Sotolol since my pacemaker was fitted about 18 months ago and since then have been fatigued with aching legs. Ido not tolerate beta blockers only a maximum of 2.5mg of bisoporol and am wondering how much beta blocker is in 40mg of Sotolol. The combination of pacemaker and Sotolol has certainly stopped the AF but I do feel fatigued but perhaps that is the result of turning 70!!
Any comments would be most useful.

Perhaps it is time to revisit your cardiologist for a review, or the nurse specialist who undertakes your pacemaker checks as a starting pojnt. Perhaps your meds needs reviewing.
I watched a doctor on tv recently who said people of 70 plus should not assume it's down to their age and it's best to get a health review or meds review as appropriate. Bet they can improve things for you.
Excellent that your af is under control. Best wishes.
Sotalol has beta blocker properties as well as anti-arthythmic properties so you may want to discuss reducing your dosage with your EP until you find the optimal dosage to keep any AF in check.
