Does anyone get pains around the heart and top chest mostly in morning I’m also af and seeing asleep apnea clinic because I think it’s that contributing aswell I worry really bad and get my self in a panic about the pains but I just think it’s the condition I’m on all the meds am I panicking for nothing do you think yours Otis.x

What has you doctor done to check you regarding these pains? Any chest pain needs investigating unless obviously digestive related.

Simple thing to try no side effects is Nasal Strips - I use Breathright and its made a big change to my sleep - may not for you but suggest its worth trying for a couple of quid.

Get it checked. It might just be acid reflux which can be sorted easily. And try to address the anxiety because worrying like that makes evetything worse. Take care and remember you are not alone. There is always someone to help on this forum😃
