Hi there. Flecainide can be very effective but it doesn't suit everyone, You are supposed to take it an hour before food.
Hi Jay - As Rellim has said, Flecainide needs to be taken on an empty stomach an hour before food or it can interfere with digestion.

I have a sensitive stomach and have taken that dose for 3 years without a problem but always making sure it is 3 hours after a meal and one hour before the next food of any sort. If you are following this and still get issues I would talk to the medics soonest.
