I'm normally a bit wary of medical articles in papers such as 'The Mail', but the basic message of this one does rather tie in with some of the things being said at last Sunday's Patients Day about the advisability of getting one's weight down within the 'healthy' BMI range.

That is very interesting. I have lost weight but still a way to go so need to prioritise exercise over work.

A very interesting article. I am trying hard to lose weight to lower my BMI. I have been free of AF for 3 years since my cryoablation and don't want it to return so I feel I owe it to myself and my cardiologist to help myself as much as possible with healthy lifestyle choices.
