Runs of atrial ectopics vs aflutter and afib

I wondered if anyone knows whether there is a difference between a run of back to back atrial ectopics and aflutter/afib?

My loop recorder is showing runs of joined up atrial ectopics.

Ectopics are not and never can be AF or AFl. Completely different appearance on an ECG as well as different arrhythmias.
