For the past month I have been feeling steadily unwell. I have frequent toilet motions and nausea. A constant background headache. Severe cramp in my foot when I sleep. My bloods are normal. My blood pressure is only slightly high. Is there a bug going around?

I'd have thought it was rather early in the year for the common winter sickness bug/s and I'm not aware of anything where I live though once the kids are back at school - as a rule in about 10 days - colds, sickness etc seem to multiply. A bit too soon for that I'd have thought. Perhaps a telephone call to your GP or a word with your local pharmacist would reveal whether anything is current where *you* live? These things tend to be pretty localised.
Certainly worth looking into and I do hope you are better soon.
ever since my abkation 6 months ago I seem to catch everything and will feel badly for several days. One dr. said he thinks afib may lower immunity due to stress. I don't feel stressed, or at least I don't think so. I am in persistent/chronic afib and am scheduled for a structural heart study in October. Believe my mitral valve with moderate regurgitation is the cause of afib.
Curious to see if anyone else will come forth with same stuff
Not sure where you are but it seems like there is here in US. I Have been feeling fatigued and restless. Balance way off. I hate this feeling but it seems like when my hearts not in Rhythm this happens.
