I spoke too soon.

Today I woke up this morning and was cranky. I kicked off all the blankets during the night so I froze. Today I find it hard to get around without my AF giving me shortness of breath and little pecks of chest pains. My feet and legs have even decided to swell when I'm up. There are a million things I need done in my home but I can't do them today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better and I can get lots of stuff done.

Ah Ruby, such is this condition but, you are right, tomorrow is a new day.

I always think 'this too shall pass' and on good days 'today I can (do this, that and that)'.

So frustrating Ruby. I am restricted at present due to an issue unrelated to AF. People telling me to rest and not do too much. The house is a tip and my temper is short with a very obliging OH who is trying so hard. Tomorrow is here and if it's still one of those days make lists!! Best wishes
