What's the name for this condition ?

Has anybody seen this before ? It went on for several hours where I had one short, one long heartbeat always of the two same periods, before reverting to normal rhythm.

I had an ablation several years ago and am in general good health since.

Hi Mike, I have something similar, and I believe these are either PACs or PVCs. I'm pretty new to the subject, so happy to be corrected.

Bigeminy. 'Regular' ectopics.

I always thought bigeminy was irregular runs of 2 short beats, trigeminy irregular runs of 3 short beats ? I've had both those before but this was different in its regularity.
