3-4 Days I ago, I don't know exactly. This side of my hand was bumped into something hard. Actually I was trying to hit my friend, so I tried to punch him but in his defense he turned up his elbow and this side got bumped into that. There is a little bit of pain. I don't know what to do.

You took a double dose of Warfarin a few days ago didn't you! Please ring 111 now for the NHS helpline and ask their advice.

Actually that swelling happened before the double dose incident.
It could just be bruising then, but I am not medically trained so can't comment further. If it worries you I would seek medical advice from your GP.
