Is the rhythm fast and regular? Feel your pulse - I find it is easier to feel in the throat, left or right in the hollow below the jaw. If so, explain to your doctor how it started - ie gradually or suddenly from one beat to the next.
I've just seen another post of yours with an ECG trace at 130bpm and irregular pulse. It looks like Atrial Fibrillation but I am not a medic. You should certainly see a doctor to get diagnosis and treatment. Best wishes.
