Diltiazem

Does anyone on here take Diltiazem 60mg modifled-release capsules. I live in Wales an have been unable to get them for about six months

Hi there

I am on Diltazem but 180mg slow release. I have had no problems getting them in the last 2 years. I live in Cambridgeshire, but have no idea why Wales would be short of them!

You may need to check what other generic ones are available.

Just on a quick look the 60mg dose is not done by the larger labs.

But check here for UK availability.

There are a lot of generic labels in UK.

I live in Essex, my pharmacy has had problems getting the capsules and have ask to have Tildiem tablets instead, they are exactly the same, I much prefer Tildiem. Pam

I take Diltiazem. Originally I was prescribed Dilzem but A few months ago I had trouble getting them and was eventually prescribed Adizem (same drug, different manufacturer). I can't say I have noticed any difference.
