I am warafin due to 3 blood clots..

I am asking if warafin can be messet with if I have chickenpox?

I think your INR nurse should be able to advise you.

If you have any illness then your INR can be altered so you would need additional INR tests ongoing. I feel sorry for you if you do have CP as I had it at age 35 and it nearly killed me. Hoped it would at times! Never had pain like it. Off work for a month.

Hi Sandra, chickpox has nothing to do with warfarin. I was on warfarin for 2 year and in that time I lost loads of blood in my urine and going to the loo then after I told the doctor this he put me on Apixiban a new NOAC drug means no blood tests every week and the good news is no bleeding at all . go see your Doctor for advice.
