I know I'm being a wimp but...

3 weeks post ablation and I have tingly nerve sensation in my right leg - like I had walked through a patch of nettles.

Has anyone else had this and has anyone else found a cure?

We do tend to put every ailment we have down to our hearts and any procedures we have had. I know I certainly do that. However, I'm wondering if this could be the start of shingles as I know someone who had it on their leg. I would suggest you contact your GP.

I had shingles on my upper leg just before christmas, i was 70 in April and would have had the injection. Its very very painful, i got the antiviral drug from my gp, 6 weeks of pain i thought would never go but it did, left me with scars from the blisters. Firstly i had pain and i thought i,d pulled a muscle then the blisters started a few days later.

Try dock leaves...

Sorry, that was trite. Yes, probably just an outcome from the procedure entry point which will pass but keep on eye on physical developments in case it is shingles. Any sign of a rash and get yourself off to the GP. But hey Oggy, you're AF free - isn't Spring a wonderful time of the year!
