Well I never! Ian/Beancounter is great on this and it's good I think to have the patient's voice on the condition, not just the medics.

All newbies would be advised to read/watch this. It's good on the basics and very strong on the need for anti-coagulation. Ian (=our Beancounter) is great too - friendly, warm, reassuring. Well done Beancounter !
