Sophie Sabbage has written "The Cancer Whisperer", now an international seller. Her mind set is "I have cancer. Cancer does not have me"

Whilst the book has almost no direct relevance to AF. The principles and practices she uses and writes about apply to any acute or chronic health condition. Her principle themes: tell the Truth about the illness and manage it so it does not control or take over yourself.

"I have AF. AF does not have me." This is a powerful, self affirming and empowering statement.

"I have AF. AF does not have me."

Love that phrase it means such a lot, and exactly the right attitude.

Thank you, I will use that if I may

Ian

Yes excellent so important to have positive attitude. I have used AF to expand so many positives in my life. Thanks for highlighting the book and I will tweet the concept to spread it a bit further if OK with you.

Love this phrase! Positivity is really important so now when I am in AF I think of my heart doing a tango and smile (well at least try to smile!). Another positive affirmation is - this will pass and it always does. Good luck everyone!
